在此特别提醒您（用户）在成为用户之前，请认真阅读本《用户协议》（以下简称“协议”），确保您充分理解本协议中各条款。请您审慎阅读并选择接受或不接受本协议。您的登录、使用等行为将视为对本协议的接受。本协议约定应用程序与用户之间关于应用软件服务（以下简称“服务“）的权利义务。“用户”是指登录、使用本服务的个人。本协议可由应用拥有方随时更新，更新后的协议条款一旦公布即代替原来的协议条款，恕不再另行通知，用户可在本APP中查阅最新版协议条款。在修改协议条款后，如果用户不接受修改后的条款，请立即停止使用应用提供的服务，用户继续使用服务将被视为接受修改后的协议。

    为向您提供更准确的个性化服务，在您使用本服务的过程中，我们可能会以如下方式收集您的位置信息， 本声明解释了这些情况下的信息使用情况。本服务非常重视对您的个人隐私保护，在您使用本服务前，请您仔细阅读以下声明。

    三.权限用途说明

    应用使用蓝牙功能连接设备，需要用户打开手机的蓝牙服务和软件的蓝牙获取权限、打开手机的定位服务和软件的位置获取权限。 

    四.用户个人隐私信息保护

    本服务获取手机定位权限，是为了本服务正常使用的必要性。本服务承诺不会将用户的位置信息泄露给第三方。

    五.其他

    郑重提醒用户注意本协议中免除应用拥有方的责任和限制用户权利的条款，请用户仔细阅读，自主考虑风险。未成年人应在法定监护人的陪同下阅读本协议。

本协议的任何条款无论因何种原因无效或不具可执行性，其余条款仍有效，对双方具有约束力。

Privacy agreement

Before becoming a user, please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. The updated terms will replace the original terms once they are published without further notice. Users can check the latest version of terms in this APP. After the terms of the agreement are modified, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please stop using the services provided by the application immediately. If the user continues to use the services, the user is deemed to have accepted the modified agreement.

3.Description of permission Usage

When the application uses the Bluetooth function to connect to the device, users need to enable the Bluetooth service of the mobile phone, the bluetooth access permission of the software, the location service of the mobile phone, and the location access permission of the software.

4. User privacy information protection

The service obtains the mobile phone location permission for the normal use of the service. The service promises not to disclose users' location information to any third party.

5. Others

Users are solemnly reminded to pay attention to the provisions in this agreement exempting the liability of the application owner and limiting the rights of users. Users are requested to read them carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian to read this Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.
